May Is Mental Health Awareness Month

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month and that means a heavier focus on mental health.

One thing that leads to depression and anxiety is when we focus on what we think others think about us. The reality is how someone sees you is very little about you and more about who they are , their experience in life, which creates their perception with whatever emotions they apply to that.

Enjoy being YOU and love you with so called flaws and all.
