My Natural Me is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls across DC, VA, and MD, with a focus on minority and Hispanic communities. We provide educational support, career development, personal growth resources, and a Dementia Caregivers Support Program to uplift individuals both personally and professionally. Through our Dementia Caregivers Support Program, caregivers gain essential resources and community backing, helping them care for loved ones while prioritizing their own well-being.

How It All Began

My Natural Me was born out of a passion for supporting women and girls in their unique journeys. Our founder, Liletta Harlem, recognized a deep need for spaces where women could grow personally. Through over 20 years of experience working with women and families, Liletta brought together her expertise and compassion to create My Natural Me- a space where healing, empowerment, and transformation come together.
